What Does Josh Do

1. Turn on equipment
   • Camera and Camera PC
   • Turn on projector with Epson Controller
2. Makes Folders
   • D:\Sermons\<<today's date with AM/PM/Class>>
3. Monitor the camera and make sure action is centered
   • Typically during the sermon, frame should go from corner to corner ofthe front corners of the stage.
   • Should include the top of the baptistry window to the front pews
4. AFter sermon, wait for Presentation Computer (XWAY-PRESENT) to finish rendering sermon. It will be uploaded to Vimeo once it has finished.
5. Open Chrome. Vimeo and Congregate should automatically open
6. In Vimeo
   • While the video is still uploading, you'll see the video show as colored vertical bars. You can still interact with it.
   • We need the Vimeo video ID
     • Click on the video you need
     • In the URL bar, copy the number in the URL after /manage/videos/
7. In Congregate
   • Click on Online Media/Files -> Sermons -> Manage
   • Click on the sermon/class you are looking for.
   • Scroll down to the description section
   • In the text editor, click 'Source' button
   • Replace the 'xxxxxxxxx' with the video ID you copied before
   • Copy the sermon title from the Title field
   • Save the sermon
8. Back in Vimeo
   • Paste in the title
   • Right click on the Notepad icon in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen and open 'Vimeo Description' file
   • Look for the speaker and copy that paragraph into the description field of the Vimeo video
   • Look on the right side for the privacy button and change it from 'Private' to 'Public'
   • Click 'Content' and change to 'All Audiences'
